​In the northeast of Brazil, Malaika, an albino teenager, lives in the shadow of a sun that threatens her skin.
She shares her days with her mother, Isabel, a Black woman working as a housemaid for a bourgeois family.
As Malaika tries to find her place in a society that marginalizes her, a silent wolf begins to prowl around her.
